Encarnacion's walk-off grand slam in the 11th inning Tuesday night was his 10th career walk-off plate appearance and sixth walk-off home run. The grand slam was the 10th of his career and his first walk-off grand slam. In the first five games of this homestand, Encarnacion is hitting .389 (7-for-18) with three doubles, two home runs and nine RBIs. Encarnacion's four RBIs gave him 1,001 for his career, making him one of 11 active players with 1,000 career RBIs.
