Jul 26, 2017 - 10:34 AM CF George Springer is day to day with a right quad injury suffered Monday night in Philadelphia. Manager A.J. Hinch said after Monday's game he did not expect Springer to land on the DL, but he was held out of the lineup on Tuesday night. Springer, who typically bats leadoff, is third in the AL in both OPS (.973) and WAR (4.6), hitting .310 with 27 home runs, 66 RBI and a league-leading 82 runs scored.
