MLB Note - Colorado Rockies Marquez, German
Aug 14, 2017 - 6:24 AM RHP German Marquez had his streak of six consecutive quality starts broken Sunday in his first career appearance against the Marlins. His string of quality starts is a record for a Rockies rookie. In those six starts, he was 4-0 with a 2.95 ERA, 41 strikeouts and 10 walks in 39 innings. But on Sunday he lasted just 4 1/3 innings, allowing seven hits, one walk and five runs. He struck out four.No one has shouted yet.
