MLB Note - Houston Astros McCann, Brian
Aug 15, 2017 - 1:38 AM C Brian McCann was placed on the 10-day disabled list Monday due to a sore right knee.McCann's injury is the second in short order for the catchers with the Astros, who sent Evan Gattis to the disabled list with a concussion sustained when he was hit on the head by a backswing on Thursday.
Max Stassi was recalled from Triple-A Fresno to replace the 33-year-old McCann, who is batting .232 with 13 homers and 48 RBIs in 75 games this season.
