MLB Note - Oakland Athletics Wahl, Bobby

Aug 15, 2017 - 9:12 AM RHP Bobby Wahl had successful thoracic outlet surgery in Dallas, the A's announced Monday. He will return to Oakland on Thursday to begin his rehab. Wahl has been on the disabled list with a strained right shoulder since May 24. Dr. Greg Pearl, a vascular surgeon and expert in the procedure, performed the surgery. Wahl, a rookie, had a 4.70 in seven relief appearances for the A's this season.
