MLB Note - Chicago Cubs Quintana, Jose
Aug 15, 2017 - 9:11 AM LHP Jose Quintana (3-2) allowed just one earned run in five innings and threw 105 pitches, the most since he threw 113 on June 22 at Minnesota. Quintana was pleased with the offensive support as he picked up his first win since July 23. "It was really good and it was early," said Quintana, who yielded two runs (one earned) on four hits and four walks while striking out four. "I started slow and that (run support) was really impressive to me."No one has shouted yet.
