MLB Note - Oakland Athletics Semien, Marcus
Aug 17, 2017 - 8:56 AM SS Marcus Semien hit his fifth home of the season, a two-run shot in the third inning Wednesday in a 7-6 loss to Kansas City. Semien sent Royals LHP Danny Duffy's 1-0 changeup over the out-of-town scoreboard in left field at the Oakland Coliseum. It was his first home run since July 31 against San Francisco. Semien went 2-for-5 and extended his hitting streak to eight games with a single in the first inning. He's batting .355 (11-for-31) during his streak.No one has shouted yet.
