MLB Note - Kansas City Royals Escobar, Alcides

Aug 17, 2017 - 8:55 AM SS Alcides Escobar went 3-for-4 with a double and a walk and scored the winning run Wednesday in a 7-6 victory against Oakland at the Oakland Coliseum. Escobar hit a leadoff double off A's RHP Blake Treinen in the top of the ninth and scored on LF Alex Gordon's single. Escobar extended his hitting streak to eight games. He is batting .419 (14-for-31) during his streak.
