MLB Note - Atlanta Braves Sims, Lucas
Aug 18, 2017 - 8:02 AM RHP Lucas Sims made his fourth career start and won his first game in the majors. He gave up five hits and two runs in five innings with three walks and two strikeouts. He has pitched five or more innings in each of his four starts. Asked about getting his first career win at Coors Field, Sims, who got seven outs on ground balls said: "You got to keep the ball on the ground here. So I was just trying to attack the bottom of the zone. In and out, up and down and try and keep them off balance, try and get soft contact."No one has shouted yet.
