MLB Note - Detroit Tigers Castellanos, Nick
Aug 21, 2017 - 7:05 AM 3B Nicholas Castellanos was not in Detroit's starting lineup Sunday but manager Brad Ausmus said it had nothing to do with his making a critical error in Saturday's 3-0 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers. "It's more about getting Andrew Romine in the lineup," Ausmus said of Castellanos' replacement. Castellanos muffed a popup to third in the seventh inning with two out and the batter, LF Curtis Granderson, reached second on the play. He scored on a single to 1B Adrian Gonzalez to break a scoreless tie.No one has shouted yet.
