Aug 21, 2017 - 7:05 AM LHP Sean Newcomb (2-7) allowed five hits but permitted no runs in five innings on Sunday. It was the longest scoreless stint of his career. The rookie walked five, struck out two and worked out of trouble in his final three innings, when the Reds stranded eight runners. He ended a five-game losing streak and earned his first win since June 27. It was his first victory at SunTrust Park.No one has shouted yet.
