Sep 18, 2017 - 9:24 AM SS Tim Anderson spoiled LHP Matt Boyd's no-hit bid with two outs in the ninth Sunday when he drove a 2-0 changeup the other way to right center. "I was just trying to let this happen, try not to let him throw a no-hitter," Anderson said of his mindset as he came to the plate. "I was just kinda looking for something slow. I kind of thought he was going to throw a changeup there, because he'd be doing it to me all game. So I was able to get a good pitch to hit." Anderson, who had four hits Saturday, now has a nine-game hitting streak.
