MLB Note - New York Mets Harvey, Matt

Sep 18, 2017 - 9:25 AM RHP Matt Harvey, who starts Monday at Miami, has not been effective since coming off the disabled list after recovering from right shoulder issues. In three starts, he is 1-2 with a 12.19 ERA and only six strikeouts. The team is watching his pitch count, and he has thrown only 10 1/3 innings since his return. Harvey allowed five runs in 3 1/3 innings in a loss to the Cubs on Sept. 13. He is 2-3 with a 3.56 ERA in 10 career starts against the Marlins. His only appearance against Miami this season came on April 16, when he allowed two runs (one earned) in six innings and received no decision.
