MLB Note - Boston Red Sox Pedroia, Dustin
Sep 19, 2017 - 8:12 AM 2B Dustin Pedroia had to leave Monday's game in the fourth inning after fouling a ball that bounced off home plate and hit him around the nose. The Red Sox said later that the injury was a nasal contusion. "He's sore; he was bleeding pretty good and that got him flush, right square in the nose," manager John Farrell said. "We'll see where he's at tomorrow."No one has shouted yet.
