MLB Note - Detroit Tigers Zimmermann, Jordan
Sep 19, 2017 - 8:11 AM RHP Jordan Zimmermann threw a 40-45 pitch bullpen session on Monday without any issues. He's scheduled to start against Minnesota on Thursday. Zimmermann has been sidelined since Sept. 2 with neck pain. He received an injection six days later to ease the discomfort. Zimmermann, who is in the second year of a five-year contract, is 8-12 with a 6.18 ERA.No one has shouted yet.
