MLB Note - Detroit Tigers Kinsler, Ian
Sep 21, 2017 - 9:26 AM 2B Ian Kinsler got the day off Wednesday. He homered in the first two games of the three-game series against Oakland. Kinsler reached the 20-homer mark for the fifth time in his career but he's otherwise endured a subpar season. The team's leadoff man is batting .236 with a .315 on-base percentage. The 35-year-old Kinsler had 28 homers, 83 RBIs and a .288 average with a .348 on-base percentage last season. He's a prime candidate to be dealt this offseason.No one has shouted yet.
