MLB Note - Houston Astros Peacock, Brad
Sep 21, 2017 - 9:27 AM RHP Brad Peacock worked his sixth consecutive start, allowing two earned runs or less and pitching six innings while allowing two runs, one hit and two walks with six strikeouts. With 12 victories this season, Peacock has surpassed his total from the past five years combined. He now leads the Astros staff with 159 strikeouts and became the third pitcher in franchise history to make 20 starts and 10 relief appearances in a season, joining RHP Ken Forsch (1971) and LHP Mike Cuellar (1966).No one has shouted yet.
