MLB Note - Pittsburgh Pirates Glasnow, Tyler

Sep 21, 2017 - 9:26 AM RHP Tyler Glasnow, trying to get traction in the major leagues after dominating in the minors, entered in the sixth by design to get him some innings with a glut of starters on the roster. He got out of the sixth OK, but he walked four batters in the seventh and was charged with two runs without giving up a hit in the inning. "Just try to forget about this one," he said. Glasnow went 2-6 with a 3.75 ERA as a starter earlier this season, then went back to Triple-A Indianapolis. He got another crack at a start with Pittsburgh on Sept. 13, taking a loss against the Brewers while throwing 77 pitches in 2 2/3 innings.
