MLB Note - Texas Rangers Mazara, Nomar

Rangers manager Jeff Banister said the move was a combination of giving Mazara a night off to rest a sore quad, along with removing the left-handed hitter against Seattle LHP James Paxton. For the season, Mazara has hit .296 with 19 home runs and 96 RBIs, but he's only hit .228 against lefties this season.
