MLB Note - Oakland Athletics Pinder, Chad
Sep 23, 2017 - 8:30 AM OF/INF Chad Pinder hit his head against the center field wall in the fifth inning Friday night while trying to catch a deep drive by Texas Rangers 3B Adrian Beltre that went for a double. Pinder remained in the game. "He hit his head, so we'll see how he is tomorrow," A's manager Bob Melvin said after Oakland defeated Texas. "As the game went along he felt it a little bit, argued pretty hard to stay in the game. So our trainers will check him out [and] we'll see tomorrow."No one has shouted yet.
