Sep 24, 2017 - 7:44 AM C Welington Castillo continues to set the standard this season for throwing out baserunners. Castillo threw out his 20th baserunner Saturday night in a 9-6 loss to the Tampa Bay Rays. There have been 45 attempts to steal against him. Castillo's 44.4 percent catcher caught stealing rate is the best in the major leagues this season.No one has shouted yet.
