MLB Note - New York Yankees Judge, Aaron

Sep 24, 2017 - 7:45 AM RF Aaron Judge struck out for the 200th time this season in the first inning of the 5-1 win over the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday to set a major league record for a rookie. He is the first player in the majors to reach that plateau this season. Judge was 1-for-4 with a double but ended a 12-game streak with at least one run scored. It was the longest streak in the majors this season and the longest by a Yankee since OF Johnny Damon had a 12-game streak Aug. 17-30, 2006.
