MLB Note - Cleveland Indians Bruce, Jay

It was his seventh career appearance as a DH, his first since being traded to the Cleveland Indians on Aug. 9. The last time Bruce played as a DH was on July 31 for the New York Mets against the Seattle Mariners at Safeco Field. On Sunday, Bruce went 1-for-4. He is hitting .248 in 129 at-bats as an Indian.
