MLB Note - Washington Nationals Strasburg, Stephen
Oct 12, 2017 - 7:45 AM RHP Stephen Strasburg struck out 12 batters in seven innings to set a Nationals postseason record for a game. Strasburg, who held the Cubs without a hit for 5 2/3 innings in Game 1 of the NLDS, now has 22 strikeouts in the series and 24 postseason strikeouts in his career, both of which are franchise records. His 12 strikeouts Wednesday were the most in the postseason since the New York Mets' Jacob DeGrom struck out 13 in Game 1 of last year's NLDS against the Los Angeles Dodgers.No one has shouted yet.
