His last quality start was against the Orioles, allowing two earned in seven innings, but a late rally ended with an O’s win and a no-decision for McClanahan

Even with a rookie pitcher making his debut, DL Hall will be facing a Tampa Bay offense whose .208 AVG is the third-lowest this month.
