Mar 27, 2009 - 2:44 AM JUPITER, Florida (Ticker) -- John Maine tossed five innings and Jose Reyes drove in three runs as the New York Mets topped the St. Louis Cardinals, 9-5.

Maine, projected to be the Mets' fourth starter, allowed three runs and six hits during his outing. The righthander, who is returning from shoulder surgery, struck out five and walked three.

Shane Robinson homered for St. Louis.

At Clearwater, Florida: Hideki Matsui, Nick Swisher and Melky Cabrera all homered in leading the New York Yankees to a 10-2 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies.

At Fort Lauderdale, Florida: Emilio Bonifacio drove in five runs as the Florida Marlins rolled to an 11-6 triumph over the Baltimore Orioles.

At Lake Buena Vista, Florida: Sean Shoffit drove in two runs and the Toronto Blue Jays edged the Atlanta Braves, 7-5.

At Lakeland, Florida: Curtis Granderson homered and scored four times and Miguel Cabrera collected three hits and two RBI as the Detroit Tigers posted a 6-3 win over the Tampa Bay Rays.

At Sarasota, Florida: Ramon Hernandez homered and Jerry Hairston Jr. drove in a pair of runs as the Cincinnati Reds held off the Minnesota Twins, 6-4.
