Ellis helps Warriors take down Clippers
Jan 15, 2011 - 6:22 AM Oakland, CA (Sports Network) - Monta Ellis scored 30 points and dished out six assists to help the Golden State Warriors beat the Los Angeles Clippers, 122-112, at ORACLE Arena.Stephen Curry drained five shots from beyond the arc en route to 23 points for the Warriors, who have won three of their last five games. David Lee posted 19 points with nine rebounds and Reggie Williams totaled 16 points off the bench.
Blake Griffin record his 25th straight double-double with 28 points and 13 rebounds for the Clippers, who were aiming for a fourth straight win. Eric Gordon also scored 28 points in defeat.
