Rudy Gay poured in 22 points for the Raptors, who have won four straight, all against playoff-bound teams. Jonas Valanciunas scored 13 points, Amir Johnson and John Lucas III netted 11 apiece while Kyle Lowry dished out 11 assists.
"(Our team) did a good job having the rhythm offensively, taking what the game gave them," Raptors head coach Dwane Casey said.
Kyle Korver put up 13 points to lead the Hawks, who fell into a tie for fifth place in the Eastern Conference with the Chicago Bulls with one game remaining in the regular season.
Mike Scott (12 points, 12 rebounds) and Ivan Johnson (12 points, 10 rebounds) both tallied double-doubles off the bench. Shelvin Mack added 11 points and Jeff Teague registered nine assists in less than 19 minutes of action.
Scott knows his team will have to tighten up defensively heading into the playoffs.
"Shots will fall or not fall, but (we have to) play better defensively and with more energy," Scott said.
The Raptors jumped out to a 30-27 lead after one quarter and extended their advantage to 68-51 heading into intermission. Toronto shot a lofty 66.7 percent from the field in its highest scoring first-half output of the season.
DeRozan scored 19 of his 30 in the first half, doing so on 8-of-11 from the field.
The Hawks brought their deficit to 11 midway through the second half following a Johnson dunk, but the Raptors finished the frame strong and carried a comfortable 21-point lead heading into the fourth quarter, 96-75.
Atlanta outscored Toronto in the fourth quarter, 21-17, but it proved to be too little, too late.
