Enes Kanter, who scored 10 points with 13 rebounds in his Thunder debut on Saturday, supplied 20 points with 12 rebounds in the rout of the Nuggets.
The Thunder were without Kevin Durant, who underwent a procedure to reduce pain and discomfort in his surgically repaired right foot.
Serge Ibaka also went for 20 points with eight rebounds and Dion Waiters added 17 points off the bench for the Thunder, who won their sixth straight game.
"I like the group, like their spirit," Thunder coach Scott Brooks said. "They're playing for each other. We need to continue to improve."
Ty Lawson paced the Nuggets with 17 points and Danilo Gallinari posted 16 points for Denver, which has dropped eight of its last nine games.
"As you can see from the game we didn't play very good defense... from the beginning," Gallinari said.
Wilson Chandler's tip-in tied the game early in the first, then Oklahoma City ran away with it from there.
Westbrook followed with a layup that started a 20-2 run for a 32-14 lead and the Thunder brought an 18-point lead into the second.
Randy Foye canned a pair of 3-pointers to begin the second quarter, but Kyle Singler knocked down a trey to conclude an 8-0 spurt for the Thunder that gave them a 60-36 lead.
Oklahoma City led 67-42 at the half and led by as many as 33 in the second half for the lopsided win.
Game Notes
OKC shot 52.2 percent from the floor, limiting the Nuggets to 36.1 percent shooting ... The Thunder held a 60-42 edge on the glass ... Oklahoma City's Mitch McGary and Denver's Jusuf Nurkic each scored 10 points.
