Klay Thompson had 21 points and Shaun Livingston finished with season highs of 21 points and eight rebounds in the win.
Golden State has won five of its last six games.
"They're playing well, they're playing team basketball," Clippers center DeAndre Jordan said.
Austin Rivers led LA with 22 points, J.J. Redick netted 18 and Chris Paul added 14 points with 11 assists.
The Clippers were without Jamal Crawford due to a calf bruise he suffered in a game against Minnesota on March 2.
Golden State used a 10-2 run early in the first to grab an 18-13 lead. Green and Thompson each netted a 3-pointer in the final minute to hand the Warriors a 29-28 edge entering the second.
Golden State opened up the game a bit in the second, as Livingston scored the final seven points of a 13-2 run to give the Warriors a 50-40 advantage.
Stephen Curry treated the Oracle Arena faithful to a highlight-reel play early in the third, putting the ball around his back as he dribbled through four defenders and stepping back for a 3-pointer to push Golden State's margin to 65-52.
"Nothing he does surprises me anymore," Golden State coach Steve Kerr said.
Thompson's jumper in the final seconds of the quarter made it an 87-68 lead entering the fourth, where Golden State cruised to the win.
