Jan 12, 2015 - 5:18 AM Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Damian Lillard had 17 of his 34 points in the fourth quarter and the Portland Trail Blazers defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 106-94 on Sunday night.

LA never cut the deficit below seven the rest of the way.

Earlier, Portland led 23-20 following a quarter of play and was up 50-45 heading into the locker room.

Tarik Black's dunk finished off a 7-0 Lakers spurt to tie the game at 69-69 late in the third, but Portland still took a 72-69 edge into the final stanza.
