Bosh, Heat beat Magic

Nov 23, 2014 - 7:24 AM Orlando, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Chris Bosh led a 3-point barrage and helped Miami continue its stranglehold over Orlando.

Bosh nailed four from beyond the arc, finished with 32 points and 10 rebounds and the Heat defeated the Magic 99-92 on Saturday night.

Miami finished 12-of-26 from downtown en route to its 10th straight win over Orlando, which was just 3-of-16 from long distance.

"I wanted to keep switching it up and giving them different looks. I was able to get some rhythm," Bosh said.

Mario Chalmers posted 24 points, eight assists and five rebounds for the Heat, who had dropped four of their last five games coming in.

Nikola Vucevic tallied 33 points and 17 boards to lead Orlando, which had won five of its last seven contests heading into Saturday's tilt.

"I mean, he barely even jumps but he gets them. That's how good he is," joked Magic guard Victor Oladipo. "He's a great big, one of the best in the league."

The game was tied 77-77 with 7:34 left before the Heat went on a 10-2 run to seize control.

Chalmers and Bosh sandwiched 3-pointers around a Vucevic layup prior to a Chalmers layup, which capped the surge for an 87-79 Miami advantage with 4:28 remaining.

After Vucevic sunk two free throws at the other end, consecutive right wing jumpers from Bosh staked Miami to its first double-digit lead, 91-81, with 3:17 to go.

Orlando never cut the deficit below four the rest of the way.

The Heat began 4-of-4 from beyond the arc and opened up a 16-10 spread. They led 22-18 after a quarter of play and 49-46 at the break.

A Shabazz Napier triple gave Miami a 67-59 margin late in the third, but the Magic closed the frame on a 9-0 spurt and took a 68-67 edge into the final frame.
