Lowry also had nine assists and three steals for the Raptors, who have won six in a row. Greivis Vasquez and Terrence Ross tallied 21 and 18 points, respectively.
Toronto starts a six-game road trip Monday in Chicago.
"I'm ready for it," said Raptors coach Dwane Casey. "I've been preaching it, and we should be ready for it. Everyone is all excited. But again, reality is real, and we have to be ready for adversity whenever it hits. You go in with positive vibes and are ready to kick some behind, but when adversity hits that's when you find out how close we are and how we have to stick together."
Carmelo Anthony ended with 28 points for the Knicks, who have dropped five straight. Jason Smith and Jose Calderon contributed 16 and 15 points, respectively, with Calderon also dishing out 10 assists.
"They scored and they scored super-fast," said Anthony. "They exploited a lot of things."
With the score tied at seven, the Raptors scored 10 straight points to create some distance. They went 5-of-12 from beyond the arc over the first 12 minutes to grab a 33-25 lead.
Lowry and Williams made consecutive 3-pointers to give Toronto a 52-36 advantage with 5:21 left in the second quarter. However, New York ended the half on a 15-6 run to get within 58-51.
The Raptors started the third period on a 17-7 surge to make it 75-58. It was a 91-75 game heading into the fourth.
The Knicks never got closer than 10 in the final frame.
