Hawks host Pacers in Dixie

Dec 11, 2010 - 4:09 PM (Sports Network) - The Atlanta Hawks are back home and will welcome the Indiana Pacers to Philips Arena tonight.

Atlanta has won four in a row at home and suffered a 108-92 setback Friday night in San Antonio. Al Horford ended with 19 points and nine rebounds for the Hawks, who had won seven of eight coming in.

Jamal Crawford had a game-high 23 points, while Marvin Williams and Josh Smith both had 15 in defeat.

"We had some turnovers late that kind of hurt us," Crawford said. "But other than that, I thought we played a good game. To get a lead on a team like that in the fourth quarter says you played a good game, but we had some key turnovers that cost us late."

The Hawks are still toiling without star guard Joe Johnson, who's out for a few weeks after undergoing arthroscopic right elbow surgery.

Indiana will begin a two-game road trip through Atlanta and Chicago tonight, and has dropped three in a row as the visitor. It is coming off Friday's 100-92 win over the Charlotte Bobcats, as Roy Hibbert finished with 13 points, 14 rebounds and six assists to lead the way.

Danny Granger had 18 points for the Pacers, who have won four in a row and nine of their last 12 at home over the Bobcats. Brandon Rush had 16 points and Mike Dunleavy added 15 for Indiana.

"This was an ugly game and we were happy to get out of here with a win tonight," Hibbert said. "We played good defense, which can create offense. I played defense and impacted the ball, which resulted in points also. Tomorrow's my birthday and I'm going to Atlanta to get a win for us."

The Pacers have won two of three and six of their last 10 games overall.

Atlanta defeated Indiana, 102-92, on Nov. 16 this season at Conseco Fieldhouse and has won seven in a row in this series. The Pacers are winless in their last six trips to Dixie.
