Jackson leads Thunder past Kings

Nov 10, 2014 - 5:19 AM Oklahoma City, OK (SportsNetwork.com) - Reggie Jackson scored 11 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter, lifting the Oklahoma City Thunder over the Sacramento Kings, 101-93, on Sunday.

Jeremy Lamb added 17 points and nine rebounds for the Thunder, who have won 11 straight against the Kings. Serge Ibaka tallied 14 points, nine boards and four blocks.

Sebastian Telfair and Nick Collison donated 14 and 10 points, respectively, for Oklahoma City, which snapped a three-game skid.

"We've never been undermanned when it comes to team and team spirit," said Thunder coach Scott Brooks. "They showed that tonight."

Rudy Gay ended with 23 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and two steals for the Kings, who had a five-game winning streak snapped. DeMarcus Cousins and Ben McLemore each had 16 points.

Sacramento has lost all 12 meetings in Oklahoma City.

The Thunder used a 12-1 run to take a 24-14 lead with 27.2 seconds left in the first quarter. Reggie Evans' three-point play cut the gap to seven.

Oklahoma City led throughout the second stanza and took a 52-39 lead into the locker room.

The Thunder opened up a 17-point margin early in the second half. Sacramento, however, responded with an 18-2 run to make it a one-point contest. Despite the charge by the Kings, the home team held a 67-65 edge after three quarters.

Oklahoma City scored the first seven points of the fourth to build a 74-65 margin. After the Kings got within 87-85 with 2 1/2 minutes left, the Thunder put the game away at the foul line by going 10-of-11.

"We dug ourselves a hole, man," said Gay. "It's a good learning experience for us -- no matter who we're playing, we can't come out playing like that."

Oklahoma City guards Anthony Morrow (knee) and Andre Roberson (foot) and forward Perry Jones (knee) missed the game ... The Thunder went 23-of-27 from the charity stripe ... Darren Collison had 12 points and seven assists for the Kings.
