Dec 12, 2014 - 3:22 PM (SportsNetwork.com) - The Miami Heat will close out their five-game road trip Friday against the Utah Jazz at EnergySolutions Arena. The Heat are 1-3 on the sojourn and lost for the fifth time in six tries with Wednesday's 102-82 setback against the Denver Nuggets.

Denver had a 31-14 scoring advantage in the third quarter and carried a 79-62 lead into the final stanza.
"Offensively, we didn't get the ball where it needed to go," Bosh said. "We didn't work the offense much."

Utah put the brakes on a nine-game slide with Tuesday's improbable 100-96 victory over the defending champion San Antonio Spurs.

"We have been due for some guys to hit some shots. As long as we share the ball that's the most important thing, live with the result to be honest with you," Jazz coach Quin Snyder said.
The Jazz avoided their first 10-game losing streak since an 18-game slide from Feb. 24-March 29, 1982.
Utah's previous victory was against Oklahoma City on Nov. 18.
After hosting the Heat, the Jazz will depart Salt Lake City for six games against Washington, New Orleans, Miami, Orlando, Charlotte and Memphis.
