DeAndre Jordan added 14 points, 12 rebounds and two steals for the Clippers, who went 15-of-34 from beyond the arc. Blake Griffin and Jamal Crawford each scored 13 points, with Griffin also dishing out 11 assists.
"My preparation before the game gets me ready," said Redick. "When I come into the game with energy I am going to benefit from it."
Carmelo Anthony ended with 19 points for the Knicks, who have lost nine in a row. Andrea Bargnani had nine points on 4-for-11 shooting in his long-awaited season debut after missing 73 games dating back to Jan. 22 of last season with elbow, hamstring and calf injuries.
The Clippers jumped out to a 17-6 lead and held a 24-13 advantage with 3:59 left in the first quarter. However, New York used an 8-0 run to get within three.
Crawford stopped the bleeding with two free throws and Jordan Farmar made a 3- pointer to give Los Angeles a 29-21 lead.
The Knicks kept it close in the early stages of the second quarter, but the Clippers pulled away late for a 50-40 edge at the half.
Los Angeles put the game out of reach with a 13-0 run to start the second half. The Clippers outscored New York by a 24-18 margin in the third stanza to extend their lead to 74-58.
"We didn't come out with a purpose in the third quarter," said Knicks coach Derek Fisher. "We didn't have the right mindset. The Clippers were the better team today."
