The Kings have won back-to-back games following a four-game slide and recorded a 109-86 beating of the Washington Wizards on Sunday.
Rudy Gay scored 26 points and DeMarcus Cousins recorded 20 points, seven rebounds and five assists for Sacramento, which is 15-21 at home. The Kings' starting backcourt of Ben McLemore and Ray McCallum combined to score 30 points, with McLemore's 17 leading the duo.
"I wasn't expecting an easy win, but we got one, so credit to them," said Kings coach George Karl. "I think that is the best game we have played since I have been here."
Sacramento will start a four-game road trip Wednesday against Phoenix, New Orleans, Memphis and Houston.
The 76ers had won two in a row until they opened a three-game western jaunt with Sunday's 101-87 setback to the Los Angeles Lakers.
Philadelphia, which dropped its 15th straight road game, only made one basket over the first half of the fourth quarter as Los Angeles took control of the contest. Over the first 6:06, Lakers guard Jeremy Lin led a 14-2 run by scoring eight points to help the Lakers extend their lead to 88-77.
Thomas Robinson and Luc Mbah a Moute scored 14 and 13 points, respectively, for the 76ers, who are 5-29 on the road and will visit Denver on Wednesday.
The 76ers recently posted a 114-107 home victory over the Kings on March 13, as Robert Covington scored 24 points to lead the way. Nerlens Noel had 16 points and 12 rebounds in that one and Cousins countered with 39 points and 24 rebounds.
Philly has defeated Sacramento 11 times in the last 13 tries and is unbeaten in the last six trips to California's capital.
