NBA Note - Boston Celtics Irving, Kyrie
Dec 12, 2017 - 8:01 AM PG Kyrie Irving,sat out due to a left quadriceps contusion. Irving scored 16 points in Boston's victory over Detroit on Sunday, but he took a knee to his quad in that game and experienced discomfort on Monday morning. Irving missed one other game this season when he sat out against the Toronto Raptors on Nov. 12 after suffering a facial fracture the game before against the Charlotte Hornets. He wore a mask for 13 straight games before going without it in Sunday's game.No one has shouted yet.
