Updated NBA Finals Odds After Heat Advance, Mavericks Force Game 7
May 13, 2022 - 1:06 PMOn Thursday, the Eastern Conference NBA Seminfals matchup between the Miami Heat and Philadelphia 76ers wrapped up with the Heat winning 99-90 in Philadelphia and taking the series 4-2. They advance to the Eastern Conference Finals, where they’ll face either the Boston Celtics or the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bucks are up 3-2 in the series and host the Celtics tonight for Game 6 with a chance to advance.
In the Western Conference, the Dallas Mavericks took Game 6 against the Suns 113-86 to force a Game 7 matchup on Sunday. Some sportsbooks had the Suns as the favorite to win the Western Conference after the Warriors were blown out by the Grizzlies in their Game 5 matchup on Wednesday. That is no longer the case, and the Warriors are back to being the consensus favorite to win the West heading into tonight’s matchup with the Grizzlies in Memphis.
