If you ask all the great shooters what is the most important thing to be successful, they will give you the same answer: a short memory. And I believe Reggie will show us exactly that. In Game 3 he went 0/10 from the floor and 0/7 from deep. That’s not sustainable for a player like this. He is averaging 2.6 in the playoffs, covering in 57% of the games. He has 3 per game in L5 and also 3 per game against the Warriors. Before his awful Game 3 performance, he cleared the line in 4 straight against Golden State with 4, 4, 3, and 6 3-pointers. It’s simple math. A 38% 3-point shooter should be able to hit 3 3-pointers on 9.4 attempts. And these are his averages. I believe the Mavs will take Game 4. As I previously said, Doncic will need help from his role players. The last time we were on point with Dinwiddie, but his line is now adjusted so I will stay away.
