Key returners: F Shannon Hale, F Jimmie Taylor, G Retin Obasohan, G Justin Coleman.
Who left: Top three scorers Levi Randolph, Ricky Tarrant and Rodney Cooper
The Skinny: Johnson has generated more fan interest so far, but the Tide is picked to finish 13th in the SEC. Hale and Taylor will need to play much bigger roles for Alabama, and so will a group of freshmen that include Alabama Mr. Basketball Dazon Ingram.
