Arizona State's Spight leaves program, will transfer
Feb 24, 2016 - 1:42 AM TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) Arizona State junior guard Andre Spight has left the program and plans to transfer, leaving the Sun Devils with eight scholarship players for the remainder of the season.Arizona State coach Bobby Hurley announced Spight's move on Tuesday.
Spight was in his first season with Arizona State after transferring from South Plains College in Texas. He averaged 6.6 points in 27 games, mostly off the bench.
Spight is coming off the two highest scoring games of the season, finishing with 21 points against UCLA and 15 against Arizona.
