Ohio State F Jae'Sean Tate headed for season-ending surgery
Feb 24, 2016 - 2:18 AM COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) Ohio State forward Jae'Sean Tate will have season-ending left shoulder surgery on Friday.The sophomore is expected to be ready for the start of practice in the fall. Coach Thad Matta announced the procedure on Tuesday.
Tate averaged 11.7 points and 6.4 rebounds in 28 games this season. He had 15 points and 12 rebounds in 38 minutes in Saturday's 65-62 overtime win at Nebraska.
