Manning: 2 Wake Forest men's basketball players to transfer
Mar 15, 2016 - 3:54 PM WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) Wake Forest says center Andre Washington and guard Rondale Watson will transfer.Coach Danny Manning announced their decisions Tuesday.
Washington is on track to graduate this spring, has one season of eligibility left and will be eligible to play in the coming season. He started one of the 67 games he played over three seasons and redshirted this season.
Watson played in 35 games during two seasons, averaging 3.1 points and 1.6 rebounds this season. He'll have to sit out the coming season as a transfer and will have two years of eligibility starting in 2017-18.
