Top prospect Bagley signs with Duke to play this season
Aug 15, 2017 - 9:01 PM DURHAM, N.C. (AP) — Duke has signed top high school prospect Marvin Bagley III and says he will enroll for the Fall 2017 semester. Team spokesman Cory Walton said Bagley signed his financial aid agreement Tuesday, one day after a nationally televised ceremony during which he committed to the Blue Devils. The 6-foot-11 Bagley was widely considered the top recruit of the 2018 recruiting class. He petitioned the NCAA last month to reclassify and become college eligible for the upcoming season. Coach Mike Krzyzewski calls Bagley "a special basketball talent and a tremendous young man." ___ More AP college basketball: www.collegebasketball.ap.org and www.twitter.com/AP_Top25No one has shouted yet.
