No. 2 Notre Dame tops No. 3 Duke by 21

Kayla McBride had 23 points, 11 rebounds and five assists to lead No. 2 Notre Dame in an 88-67 thrashing of No. 3 Duke on the Blue Devils' home court.

Jewell Loyd finished with 17 points on 7-of-11 shooting, six boards, five assists and four steals for a Fighting Irish (21-0, 8-0 ACC) squad that led wire-to-wire, shot nearly 62 percent and held Duke to 39 percent shooting.

Natalie Achonwa and Lindsay Allen scored 15 points apiece as Notre Dame extended its school-record road winning streak to 31.

Tricia Liston eclipsed 20 points for the sixth straight game, pacing Duke (21-2, 8-1) with 23. Alexis Jones totaled 16 points and a career-high 10 steals for the Blue Devils, whose home winning streak against conference foes was snapped at 42 games.
