Mosby leads balanced attack as Baylor top Kansas
Jan 7, 2007 - 12:40 AM LAWRENCE, Kansas (Ticker) -- Senior Bernice Mosby was all over the court.Mosby had 21 points, 11 rebounds and five assists and led four scorers in double figures as ninth-ranked Baylor posted a 71-64 Big 12 Conference triumph over Kansas.
Jessica Morrow scored 15 points and Angela Tisdale added 12 and seven assists for the Bears (15-1, 2-0 Big 12), who captured their 12th consecutive win.
Baylor shot 47 percent (26-of-55) from the floor and outscored Kansas, 34-22, in the paint.
LaChelda Jacobs scored 18 points and Kelly Kohn chipped in 14 for the Jayhawks (5-9, 0-2), who shot 42 percent (23-of-54).
