Paris' double-double lifts Oklahoma over Missouri
Feb 25, 2007 - 11:35 PM NORMAN, Oklahoma (Ticker) -- Courtney Paris scored 33 points and grabbed 21 rebounds to lead No. 11 Oklahoma to a 72-57 Big 12 Conference victory over Missouri.Paris shot 14-of-21 from the field and blocked three shots for the Sooners (22-4, 12-3 Big 12), who won their fourth straight and moved into a tie with Texas A&M for first place in the conference standings.
Leah Rush collected 12 points, seven rebounds and four steals and Erin Higgins added nine for Oklahoma, which shot 46 percent (30-of-66).
Jenna Plumley had six assists and four steals for the Sooners, who outrebounded the Tigers, 49-28.
EeTisha Riddle scored 12 points and Tiffany Brooks added nine for Missouri (17-11, 5-10), which shot just 34 percent (19-of-56).
