Langhorne leads Maryland over Boston College
Feb 26, 2007 - 1:14 AM CHESTNUT HILL, Massachusetts (Ticker) -- All five starters scored in double digits as No. 5 Maryland cruised to a 76-60 Atlantic Coast Conference victory over Boston College.Crystal Langhorne scored 21 points on 10-of-14 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds for the Terrapins (26-4, 10-4 ACC), who have five of their last six games.
Marissa Coleman collected 12 points, 10 rebounds and six assists and Kristi Toliver added 12 for Maryland, which shot 55 percent (30-of-55) from the field.
Shay Doron had 11 points and Laura Harper added 10 for the Terrapins, who made 13-of-14 from the free-throw line.
The Eagles (13-15, 3-11) were led by Kathrin Ross, who scored 26 points on 11-of-22 shooting and grabbed six rebounds.
Ayla Brown had nine points for Boston College, which shot 41 percent (25-of-61) and made 2-of-12 from 3-point range.
